Opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days at sales@pintash.com with your order number and photos, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Once your return is received and approved, we process your refund back to the original payment method. Bank and card issuers can take a few extra business days to post it.

Yes. Pintash offers free shipping on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend required. Most Canadian and US orders arrive within 7–14 business days. International delivery is typically 10–21 business days depending on your location.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves the supplier, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow the journey.
